Wienerghost, winter in October & FG makes fun of me!

BOO!!

Seriously. I can’t stop laughing!!

Abby however was NOT impressed and I hope what was going through her mind was, “This must be punishment for all the things I’ve eaten over the year that I was not supposed to…including the Scotch tape dispenser, the CD, the live mouse and yes, just yesterday, the dead mouse…and yes, both mice were eaten right in front of my mom who was shrieking at me to drop them but I didn’t listen, I just wolfed those little things right down…yeah, this is my punishment.”

Last week was insanity in terms of work. My team hosted a national conference that had delegates from all over the world.

It was a total success but soooooo much work and soooooooooo much schmoozing…by the time the weekend hit, I was a walking zombie and I’m gonna be honest. I really didn’t do anything much. And it was awesome.

Thankfully, all the snow that fell late last week is gone!

But it’s cold (for me) and so I’m running inside in the warmth on the TM….I got busted this morning by FG lol

I was seriously born in the wrong hemisphere.

Got some pics from the stupid OCR last weekend…I actually managed to climb to the top…apparently having strong runner legs and good grips on your shoes really helps propel you up a rope! (and having a crazy expression of exertion on your face!! lol)

Let’s finish off the post and start your week of right with some Abby pics!

This is at my parents where she knows she just has to look at my dad and he gives her a treat. So when I try and distract her from following my dad around, this is what she does…plays dead.

This is bedtime Friday night. As you can see, she doesn’t take up too much space. lolAnd this is how I found her when I came upstairs after my treadmill run this morning.

Happy Halloween Monday!!

Too funny. hope the cold and snow stays away a bit longer. You could always move here, it’s been in the mid 70’s during the day and low 50’s at night. (and yes, I’m bragging! lol) ๐Ÿ˜‰

    We haven’t had snow yet…

Completely not blog related but I just came across you tonight prepping for a presentation for work tomorrow! I was trying to find a quote on physical literacy levels from the CAPL report and was scrolling through and recognized you. You looked so familiar yet I couldn’t figure out why and then it hit me…your blog. Had to tell you that!

Ha! That’s hilarious!! I used to work with the developers of CAPL!! I was working in research at the time but 6 years ago I made the jump over into the clinical world as a pediatric exercise specialist at the children’s hospital here and haven’t looked back! The two of us have lots in common!! :))
