Aargh, Abby! Resuming my circus trick and being a happy auntie!

Let’s just get this out of the way. Abby was a royal pain in the you know what this morning. Every 10 steps it was this:

Like, for real.

I would prefer a throwdown. They’re at least cute. This was just plain annoying.

But then she does this once we get home and my heart melts at the adorableness (and ridiculousness).

Had a field hockey board meeting last night which meant I got home late…and then did stuff other than go to bed as I should have…yeah, I was punished this morning when my alarm went off. I hit snooze 4 times before gaining actual consciousness. lol

Did 7 miles at 4:42min/km (7:34min/mi) along the canal with the sun trying to get past the clouds…

And then when I got back I decided to resume my handstand push-ups…

I have a specific reason why I’m starting these again…buuuut, it’s not for sure, for sure, so I’m not yet ready to share. lol. I know, I hate it when people do that!

It’s a projected humidex in the mid-30’s (+95F) so I didn’t even try and fight the hair battle this morning.

And, my good friend M, sent me this cartoon this morning to let me know that the chaos on my head has a name!

Good news to share with you all! After 14 days in hospital, my 27 day old niece was sent home yesterday with a clean bill of health!!

Aaaaaaaaaand, I get to meet her this weekend!!!

Happy Wednesday!

LOL. I love that Abby practically has a smile on her face in the second picture.

Maybe her paws were sore and walking on the pavement wasn’t helping. I dunno…just a thought.

I can’t believe the handstand pushups you do! that’s really awesome!

I started them late last summer I think…but odd thing…I only like doing them for some reason after a hot sweaty run outside…so basically once September arrived, no more happened…until today! Lol
