Rainy day but strong speed workout…on the TM of course! :)

Didn’t sleep well last night. Combination of things, I think.  Didn’t manage to eat much for dinner – made butter chicken and got full VERY quickly so didn’t finish my portion. Woke up at 2am blazing hot and SUPER hungry…and then realized there was a crazy rainstorm going on outside.  Got up and had a banana and peanut butter (easy) and then went back to bed and read…for an HOUR. Ugh.



Alarm went off at 5:30 and managed to get up – was excited for my run!

Today’s workout: 

5k warm-up
5 sets of 6 minute intervals on 2 minutes rest.
(with Big Bang Theory of course!)

The run felt great – I felt super strong.  The rest of the day is going to be awesome!
